When we couldn't find authentic Japanese-inspired Shio Pan in Belgium, we decided to create a place where people could experience it for themselves.
Shio Pan, also known as Salt Bread, is beloved across Asia for its soft interior, golden crust, buttery flavor, and subtle salty finish. It proves that even the simplest things can be unforgettable.
But Salty means more to us than just salt bread.

Our Mascot
Our logo was inspired by our beloved Shiba Inu, named Coffee!
Dog lovers already know: Shibas are independent, stubborn, full of character, and sometimes... a little salty.
That's exactly why they fit our brand so perfectly.
